At first I was disappointed with the packaging that it was packaged and shipped in. Upon opening the package the hat was bent and smashed completely once I opened the package that it was delivered in. I have several casual dress, formal and dresser dress hats about 70 combine to be exact. Some of my hats are quite expensive as well. So when I received this particular Hat I was taken back by how it was package to be shipped to me as a costumer. I was however impressed with the end result after using a light heated iron to get it to conform better. Very satisfied in that regard. My suggestion would be for the manufacture or shipping company to invest in a not so expensive hat box and ship hats like this one or those that are similar in style and configuration in it. That way the hats upon the customer reviewing it would be in an acceptable configuration. No one wants to have to de-wrinkle nor iron a hat that they purchase once received. A hat should be ready for wear once it's taken out of the hat box it was delivered in. End of story. Change is a great tool.
